Our assignment comes from a Swedish industrial company with its own factory and a strong sustainability profile. They develop and produce environmentally certified cleaning and hygiene products as well as customized Private Label solutions – always with innovation, quality, and the environment in focus.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with a commercial background in FMCG, chemistry, hygiene, cleaning, or related industries who wants to combine new sales with long-term customer development within both Private Label and an established brand.
Requirements and qualifications:
- Documented experience as KAM/salesperson/business developer with a strong results focus.
- Experience with Private Label and/or sales of established brands.
- Good understanding of retail, wholesale, and/or professional markets (B2B).
- Experience driving business from prospecting and quotes to contracts, delivery, and follow-up.
- Driver's license and willingness to travel.
- Fluent in Swedish and good English in both spoken and written form.
You are relationship-building, structured, and curious – a business-driven person who thinks long-term, builds trust, and enjoys creating momentum in business. You take ownership, communicate clearly, and collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver the right solution to each customer.
What does the role entail?
In the role of Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for expanding the business in Mälardalen/Stockholm – with a dual focus: to win and develop Private Label customers and to drive sales for a well-known Swedish brand within laundry, dishwashing, cleaning, and hygiene. You will work from home and plan your customer visits independently while working closely with product development, marketing, and production to create competitive offers with tasks that include:
- Active prospecting and new customer acquisition within Private Label and the brand.
- Responsibility for selected key customers – from needs analysis and solution proposals to quotes, negotiations, and contracts.
- Ongoing category and business analysis: market, competitors, margins, and pricing.
- Close collaboration with internal teams for product development, adaptations, and launches.
- Represent the company at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
This is a direct recruitment with immediate start or by agreement with an initial probationary period. Working hours: Weekdays 08:00–17:00, with the workplace in Stockholm and Mälardalen, travel occurs on a weekly basis.
